Randy is a super friendly and lovable kitten who was rescued from a high kill shelter.  He has great personality to go along with his good looks and will make the perfect addition to one very lucky family!  He is currently being fostered in a very loving foster home in North Carolina while he awaits transport to DPR, which is scheduled for Sept 27th, but we are accepting applications for him now!
