Chipper was saved and airlifted out of an Ohio Puppy Mill last week and is now looking for a loving home.

The puppy is a Chihuahua/Pomeranian mix, but is incredibly intelligent so there might be some Terrier in there, too. Chipper is a sweet, responsive little boy. He is very playful and loves playing in the yard chasing tennis balls, but also is very loving and will follow you anywhere.
