Andy is a wonderful sweet little boy. He and his siblings were received by DPR when they were only 3 weeks old. In spite of being separated from their mom at such a young age, these guys are healthy, happy and ready to meet their forever family. We are not totally sure what breed they are. They could be Border Collie mixes but a couple of them also have markings like a Jack Russell Terrier. Our best guess is that they will be medium size dogs when they are full grown. If you feel you have the time and energy it takes to love and train a puppy, Andy would make a great best friend!
