This is our Calley. She arrived from Georgia along with her six beautiful babies. Calley won't be able to go to a new home for another three weeks (last week in September) when her babies are old enough to be on their own. Calley is a very sweet girl. Don't let her picture fool you - she is a tiny little girl, no more than 30 lbs. She is very laid back and loves to roll over for a belly rub. She gets along well with other dogs and is very friendly to anyone she meets. She is a pleasure on the leash and very cooperative when it comes to getting a bath!! Her original owners turned her into a shelter in Georgia where she promptly gave birth two days later. Luckily our Guardian Angel Tina who visits the shelters just about every day down there came just in time to save Calley and her pups from being put down. Calley has been very nice, even when strangers are handling her babies. She is a wonderful mother and is very proud of her family. She is a smart girl and learns commands very, very quickly. She will make a great new member to any family.
