They don't come much more adorable than Charlie. Charlie is an owner surrender due to a newly purchased lab puppy. They decided they can't keep both and the new puppy won :( Their loss. Charlie is a doll baby. Loves everyone he meets. Great with other dogs and cats. He just wants to be your best friend. What we know since his rescue - he was purchased from Pet Kare in Bear, DE. Our educated guess is that he came from a puppy mill. This past week we had him examined, blood work and altered. The previous owners just informed us that he had mild seizures. We have not seen any yet but will do more vetting and watch him closely.
