Hello. My name is Kai. I was just rescued from an Ohio puppy mill where I spent my entire life in a cage. I'm free now and I'm fascinated by all this green stuff in my foster's backyard. It smells wonderful!! I am still very cautious with people but in time I will be just fine. Remember the only time I have spent any time with people is when the miller would just put his hand in my cage to pick me up and put me in another cage. Other than that I haven't had much experience with people. I am a gorgeous boy and will be going to the vet this week to be altered. I still have lots to learn in this big new world but if you know anything about Shelties you know we are very smart and it won't take long at all for me to catch onto all the rules. I would do best in a quiet household so that I can take all the new noises and smells without being overwhelmed.
