Zoe and her pups will be arriving to our DPR foster home May 8th.  They are rescues from a NC shelter.  She, along with her 4 week old pups were owner surrenders.  The hard reality of an owner surrender to an animal shelter in rural NC is that their time is limited to five days.  Add to that the stress of a nursing mom with new pups in a shelter environment and choices are hard.  Thankfully DPR has an open foster home and we have been able to coordinate safe transport of the family.  We are told Zoe, the mom is in the 35 lb range, sweet and calm.  No info on dad's history but we see possibly some lab?  We'll have more information once they arrive and are settled in.  Pups will be available for adoption at the end of May. 
We ask that you submit an application at www.DelawarePuppyRescue.org/forms.  Adoption Donation of $275.00 plus refundable $50.00 altering deposit.  Mom Zoe will be available mid May.  We will post more information about her shortly.
